Exclusive softener for spun silk

Technical index:
Main ingredients: hydroxy and amino-modified silicone emulsion
Appearance: translucent emulsion with blue light
Ionicity: anion/non-ion
Solubility: Soluble in water easily
PH value (1% Aq. solution): 6.5-7.5

 

Method:
1.For the finishing of fabrics, one-dip-one-padding or two-dip-two-padding, 130°C-190°C, drying for 30s, Dosage: 30-60 g/L.
2. for spun silk: Dosage: 5%-8% of weight of fabrics, PH value5-6, Temperature: 30°C-40°C, Immersed time: 1hr.

Storage & cautions:
Net wt 50kg in plastic drum; kept in cool place, avoid insolation and freeze for long time. It may happens oil flotation during the period of long term storage, remove oil before use.
Please use good water for this product, I. e. the hardness of water should be moderate.
